Welcome to Chris Lane Studios! Chris Lane Studios is a trade name of Chris Lane LLC, a registered business in Pennsylvania. By using our website or booking our photography services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Services Provided

Chris Lane LLC, operating as Chris Lane Studios, offers professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, corporate events, and real estate photography. The scope of services for each client will be detailed in a signed agreement. Any additional services requested may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Payments

For some services, a non-refundable deposit of $350 may be required to secure your booking. The specific payment requirements will be outlined in your contract or agreement.
In cases where no deposit is required, full payment must be made on the day of the event
Payments can be made via Cash or Check
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services or delays in the delivery of final products.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days before the event, will forfeit the deposit (if applicable) and may be subject to additional fees.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance. Chris Lane LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee availability.

Studio Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Chris Lane LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Chris Lane LLC retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos produced under the trade name Chris Lane Studios. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share the final images for personal purposes.
Images may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Chris Lane LLC reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details regarding the event, such as dates, locations, and timelines.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain necessary permissions for shoots on private property or restricted areas.
Delays caused by the client or event schedule may reduce the coverage time or images captured.

6. Limitations of Liability

Chris Lane LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, late arrivals, or venue restrictions.
In the event of technical issues, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events that prevent the completion of services, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

7. Force Majeure

Chris Lane LLC is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule, or a refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion.

8. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless Chris Lane LLC cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for completed services or delivered products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in courts located in Pittsburgh, PA.

10. Agreement Changes

Chris Lane LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website.
